Chief Executive Officer

Warren Recruiting’s client, a premier Texas-based law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence, is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director / CEO to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for their full-service, preeminent law firm. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic, growth-minded leader who can partner closely with the firm’s Managing Partner and Executive Committee to advance firmwide performance, culture, and long-term vision.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of senior leadership experience within a progressive, well-managed law firm or professional services environment, with proven success overseeing one or more key operational pillars—Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing/Business Development, Technology, or Operations. Candidates with a background in multi-department leadership and experience driving modernization, process improvement, and organizational alignment are strongly preferred.

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading a high-performing administrative team, strengthening operational infrastructure, and ensuring the firm continues to deliver outstanding client service while scaling for future growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking executive to influence and elevate all aspects of firm operations.

In addition to 10 years of experience with a law firm (or professional services firm), an advanced degree (JD, MBA, CFA or CPA) is preferred.
