Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial, accounting, and taxation operations of the company. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive financial strategy, investor confidence, and operational efficiency during this phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and liaison with FBR for all statutory matters, including sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, audit systems, and financial governance.
• Provide strategic insights for cost management, profitability improvement, and business scaling.
• Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• MBA (Finance), CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or allied sectors.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability in financial planning, fundraising, and investor management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Age below 45 years.
