Chief Financial Officer

1. Educational & Professional Qualification

• Must be a FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) from a top-rated firm.

2. Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: 12–15 years in a corporate environment.
• Role-Specific Experience: Minimum 7+ years in a similar (CFO or senior finance leadership) role.
• Industry Experience: Background in retail, apparel, or fashion is preferred (as the client operates in these segments).

3. Core Responsibilities

• Head the total financial operations of the firm.
• Provide financial leadership to implement the company’s vision.
• Design, collaborate, integrate, and implement financial policies and controls across a group of businesses.

4. Skills & Competencies

• Strategic Outlook: Ability to drive financial strategy in line with business goals.
• Leadership & Ethics: Capable of managing diverse businesses in a highly ethical environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Must be SAP-savvy (experienced with SAP systems).
