Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans in line with the company's overall objectives
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs
- Conduct risk management and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management
- Mentor and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing financial strategies in a finance  company
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
