About the Company



Develop organization strategies by identifying issues and recommendations to establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational goals. Initiate, articulate and amplify values and culture within the organization.



About the Role



Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc. Responsible for setting up a performance management system and OKRs across the organization.



Responsibilities



  • Effectively lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring, and succession plans for team members.
  • Responsible for increase in productivity and efficiency in the workforce.
  • Responsible to bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues.
  • Effectively develop and monitor an annual budget of the People Success team as per the business plan.


Qualifications



  • MBA degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 10 years of experience.


Required Skills



  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.


Preferred Skills



  • Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them! Experience from the Interior-Fit out industry/Real estate Industry.
