Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.
  • Lead all HR functions — talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Foster a strong organizational culture that promotes engagement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Partner with the executive team to shape organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning to ensure future-ready talent pipelines.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and employee well-being programs.
  • Use HR analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and measure effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders on people-related strategies and issues.
