Job Description
We are seeking a
Chief Manager – Procurement & Supply Chain
to oversee procurement operations, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency. The role involves developing strategic procurement plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing supplier performance, and leading the procurement team to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Monitor supplier performance, lead-time, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Collaborate with maintenance, finance, and supply chain logistics teams for seamless operations.

Negotiate with vendors to maximize value while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Lead, mentor, and optimize procurement team performance.

Track procurement KPIs, PO cycle times, emergency purchases, and spend under management.

Handle additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Vendors / Suppliers: Negotiate lead-time, cost, and quality; manage vendor objectives
Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Master’s degree preferred

Minimum 10–15 years of procurement and project management experience in an engineering environment

Extensive knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and processes
-
Desired: 15+ years experience with 8+ years in leadership, ERP systems, and aviation procurement experience
