As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll lead all marketing functions from brand strategy and performance campaigns to product launches and growth operations. Your goal is clear: scale Panther’s global presence and turn awareness into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales.
• Oversee digital marketing, influencer partnerships, paid media, and PR.
• Manage content creation across all channels with a focus on clarity and consistency.
• Use analytics to track performance and guide decisions.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Partner with product and design teams to align messaging and launch plans.
• Lead e-commerce and DTC growth strategies.
• Build partnerships to expand distribution and visibility.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven leadership in senior marketing roles, ideally in consumer tech or hardware.
• Strong experience with digital, performance, and brand marketing.
• Skilled in data analytics, audience growth, and creative direction.
• Solid understanding of marketing operations, budgeting, and campaign optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling DTC or hardware brands.
• Knowledge of CRM, automation tools, and attribution modeling.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficiency with paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok).
