About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and structured
Chief of Staff
to work closely with our
Executive Chairman & Founder
, supporting a wide spectrum of strategic, operational, and product-focused initiatives. This role acts as a strategic amplifier to the Founder’s office - driving clarity, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment across global teams.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong
strategy/PMO/consulting
experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect dots across business, product, and technology. The Chief of Staff will play a key role in helping translate the Founder’s vision into executable plans and sustained organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Execution

Partner with the Founder to shape and drive high-priority strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success, and GTM.

Convert vision and strategy into structured plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.

Develop executive-level analyses, business cases, strategic briefs, and presentations.
Product & Solution Alignment

Support the Founder in initiatives related to product innovation, solution architecture alignment, and long-term product strategy.

Coordinate with product and engineering leaders to ensure strategic priorities are understood and executed.

Track progress on solution roadmap initiatives; highlight risks and opportunities.
Business & Operational Governance

Establish and own the operating rhythm for the Founder’s office - weekly reviews, monthly business updates, and quarterly strategy checkpoints.

Track outcomes on high-priority programs and enable faster decision-making by ensuring preparedness, documentation, and clarity.

Ensure systematic follow-through and accountability across teams.
PMO Leadership

Lead program governance across initiatives owned or overseen by the Founder.

Build structured frameworks, dashboards, and templates to drive consistency in execution.

Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and milestone adherence.
Founder’s Office Support

Act as a representative of the Founder’s office in internal forums, enabling clarity, alignment, and consistent messaging.

Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights, prepare consolidated narratives, and manage strategic communication.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with maturity and professionalism.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

Build strong relationships with senior leaders across India and US teams.

Enable smoother coordination between business, technology, finance, HR, and GTM teams.

Drive structured follow-ups, clarity in ownership, and timely closures.
Required Qualifications
-
MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-school
with strong academic credentials.

4-7 years
of experience in Strategy, PMO, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Management Consulting roles.

Experience working directly with CXO/founder-level leadership is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data-driven decision-making and executive communication.
