This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, excels at operational execution, and is skilled at transforming broad objectives into clear results. You will act as the principal’s strategic partner—managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations across her professional, personal, and political responsibilities.

- Manage everyday family office needs: scheduling, travel planning, documentation (passports, visas), and coordination with advisors such as attorneys, financial institutions, and property managers.
- Conduct research and analysis to support policy and strategic decision-making. Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations for the principal.
- Support political operations by organizing meetings, planning campaign events, preparing briefings, and communicating with campaign teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including correspondence, agenda preparation, document review, and prioritization of incoming requests.
- Serve as the principal’s primary point of contact, ensuring communication across staff, vendors, and partners remains aligned and efficient.
- Resolve urgent issues, anticipate challenges, and maintain momentum across numerous ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in senior administrative, operational, or project management roles.
- Experience working with high-net-worth families, C-suite executives, political offices, or campaign organizations is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Political Science, Communications, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly; proactive with strong independent decision-making ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the principal professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with sensitive information.
- Confident, steady, adaptable personality; comfortable with direct feedback and fast-paced leadership styles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends, and occasional travel.
