I’m supporting a next-gen pharma manufacturer in Las Vegas, on the cusp of commercialization that will see tremendous growth.

The site is fully automated end-to-end (fill-to-finish, inspection, labeling, serialization).

We’re hiring a commercially driven operator who can run the plant and scale the business fast.

💼 The Role - Build the Operation & the Business

🔶 Commercial & Growth Leadership

• Develop the go-to-market + client acquisition strategy (hospitals, clinics, wholesalers, GPOs, specialty providers, CDMOs).
• Use industry relationships to secure early revenue .
• Prioritise high-margin products, influence pricing, shape the commercial roadmap.
• Work on partnerships, RFPs, distribution, national scaling.
• Make fast, strategic decisions to hit revenue milestones.

🔧 Operational Leadership

• Lead all sterile injectable, aseptic, cGMP, 503B operations.
• Drive automation + data-driven Ops 4.0 (MES/LIMS/robotics).
• Own planning, budgets, capacity, KPIs, operational excellence.
• Build and scale a high-performing technical team.
• Ensure FDA/EMA compliance, mature quality systems, inspection readiness.
• Align operations to market needs for maximum speed and ROI.

📈 Strategic Building

• Shape the long-term plan, capital strategy, and expansion roadmap.
• Operate as a core exec leader in building a national platform .
• Step in as Acting CEO when required.

✅ Must-Haves

• 5+ years biotech/pharma leadership
• Strong sterile injectable / aseptic / CDMO / 503B experience
• Proven operational scaling
• Commercial mindset
• Decisive, entrepreneurial, action-oriented
