We’re now seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can strengthen our operations, drive alignment across departments, and ensure that our teams deliver excellence at every level.Role OverviewThe COO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working directly with the CEO to execute WADIC’s strategic vision. This role requires a seasoned professional with prior executive-level experience who can manage complex, multi-department operations across engineering, project management, sales, and administration. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and an exceptional communicator fluent in both English and Urdu.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across engineering, PMO, QA, HR, and administrative functions.

Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes.

Establish and monitor performance KPIs for departmental leaders to ensure accountability and excellence.

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on company strategy, culture, and organizational development.

Optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure operational readiness across teams in Pakistan and the USA.

Lead performance reviews for department heads and foster leadership development.

Maintain clear, consistent communication across teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders.

Ensure financial discipline through budget oversight and resource allocation.

Uphold WADIC’s values of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 3 years in an executive-level role (COO, Director, VP, or equivalent).

Proven success in managing multi-department operations, preferably in software development or technology services.

Strong business acumen with experience in organizational scaling, budgeting, and process design.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu — able to communicate confidently with both U.S. and Pakistan-based stakeholders.

Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on team empowerment and results.

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
