Chief Optometrist

Roles and Responsibilities

A renowned specialized Eye Center in Bahrain is looking for a Chief Optometrist to join its professional team. The ideal candidate will be required to:

· Conduct accurate and detailed eye examinations.

· Provide correct diagnoses and prescribe suitable lenses or treatment plans.

· Supervise and guide the optometry team in daily clinical operations.

· Ensure all optometric equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

· Work closely with ophthalmologists and other clinical staff for patient care.

· Support quality assurance and patient safety programs.

· Participate in training and staff development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry (Master’s preferred).

· Valid Optometrist License.

· Valid Dataflow Verification Report.

· Minimum 5 years of experience as an Optometrist in a clinical setup.

· Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
