Foster and sustain a high-trust, high-accountability culture grounded in core values and aligned with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles.
Talent & Performance
-
Create systems for recruitment, goal setting, and performance management to ensure the organization consistently places “the right people in the right seats.”
Compensation & Total Rewards
-
Oversee market-driven, performance-linked compensation and total rewards frameworks to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and alignment across all business units.
Compliance & Governance
-
Maintain best-in-class policies, compliance, and HR governance across federal, state, and entity-specific regulations.
Data & Technology
-
Modernize HR operations, technology, and analytics to deliver actionable insights for leadership and enterprise decision-making.
Executive Partnership
-
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on all matters related to people, culture, and organizational health.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
-
10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in a senior or enterprise-level position.
-
Proven success leading people strategy in a growing, performance-focused organization.
-
Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
-
Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and entities.
-
Experience with EOS or similar operating systems strongly preferred.
-
