About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated individuals to promote and sell our high-quality children’s books within their local community and personal network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reading, loves interacting with people, and wants flexible work that fits around family life, studies, or another job.

As a Children’s Book Sales Representative, you will introduce families, schools, preschools, tuition centres, parent groups, community organisations, and local networks to our engaging and educational children’s titles. You have full control over your schedule your income grows based on your effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell children’s books in your local area and personal network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, schools, preschools, and community groups
• Attend school fairs, community events, and online groups to showcase books (optional but helpful)
• Share book details, guide customers, and process orders smoothly
• Meet monthly sales goals to maximise commission earnings
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups to encourage repeat buyers

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with people
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Passionate about children’s education, learning, and literacy
• Has an active local network (parents, teachers, tuition centres, clubs, groups, etc.)
• Basic digital skills for sharing and promoting products (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email)
• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory complete training and support provided
