CLI Middle East is a leading Chinese language and cultural training institute in the UAE, offering accredited language programs for kids, teens, and adults. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales & Admissions Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Chinese language courses to individuals, schools, and companies.
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins) and provide detailed information about courses.
- Follow up with leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring completion of documentation and payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM records for accurate tracking of leads and customers.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve campaigns and increase engagement.
- Assist in organizing events, open days, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, sales progress, and customer trends.
- Represent the institute professionally during external visits, school meetings, and corporate presentations.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (education field preferred).
- Experience: 3 years in Chinese language course sales (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset.
