Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and bilingual (Mandarin & English) Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves helping clients with insurance inquiries, processing paperwork, and building customer relationships through proactive communication and sales. Prior experience is welcome but not required — we provide full training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance products, renewals, and claims.
• Handle customer service calls, in-person visits, and follow-up communications.
• Process applications, policy changes, and related paperwork.
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success.
• Maintain accurate records and client information in company systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoking and reading).
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
