Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing ingredients for chocolate production (e.g., measuring, mixing, melting).
- Operate or support the operation of chocolate-making machinery under supervision.
- Pour, mold, and demold chocolates according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and appearance.
- Package finished chocolates in boxes, wrappers, or other containers.
- Label and organize finished products for storage or shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and machines.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or production manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of [High School Diploma / Secondary Education] or equivalent.
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
