Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Civil Architect (Female) to join our engineering and construction team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client requirements. She will work closely with civil engineers, project teams, and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs.

Coordinate architectural plans with civil, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and design specifications.

Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure quality standards.

Prepare BOQs, design reports, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and project guidelines.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project cycle.

Propose design improvements, value engineering ideas, and practical solutions.

Assist in preparing presentations, 3D visuals, and concept designs when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Architecture or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.

Understanding of civil and structural concepts.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working in industrial, commercial, or residential projects.

Familiarity with UAE building codes (if applicable).

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
