Civil / Architectural Draftsman (Construction & Fit-Out)

Job description:

Hiring: Civil Draftsman (Construction / Fit-Out) – Dubai, UAE

• We are looking for an experienced Civil Draftsman to join our growing team, RBIC GROUP in Dubai.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil drafting and basic knowledge of MEP coordination.

Minimum 4 years of UAE/GCC Experience.

Requirements:

• Prepare detailed civil drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Coordinate civil drawings with MEP and architectural layouts.
• Modify and update drawings as per site conditions and consultant/engineer feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized drawing files.
• Support quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation when needed.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant project specifications and standards.
• Good understanding of RCP, MEP coordination, and architectural - Civil detailing.
• Expert in AutoCAD Shortcut commands
• Should be familiar with Xrefs in AutoCAD

Working Hours: 08:00 Am to 06:00 PM (Mon - Sat)

• Auto Cad Drafting - Civil Drawing : 4 years (Preferred)
• Autocad Shortcut commands: 3 year (Preferred)
• RCP knowledge : 3 year (Preferred)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
