We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale civil construction projects, specifically for substations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, with proven leadership skills and the ability to oversee the entire construction process from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Manage on-site operations, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate with designer, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure resource efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Resolve project issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on substations
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, including resource planning, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards and construction codes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
