Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that highlight civil construction services, emphasizing project capabilities and industry expertise.
  • Manage digital channels including website content (WordPress), social media platforms (Facebook Advertising), and email marketing campaigns to maximize outreach.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and organic search rankings for key construction keywords.
  • Create compelling content marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, project portfolios, and technical articles tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through targeted email campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts across print advertising, digital ads (Google AdWords), and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; optimize based on data insights for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with project timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
  • Manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving campaign goals.

Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales techniques and print/digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation.
  • Expertise in content marketing, copywriting, and research methodologies tailored to the civil construction industry.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and E-commerce platforms related to construction products or services.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress website management; basic HTML skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo; experience with Google Analytics is essential.
  • Ability to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns using Google AdWords (now Google Ads) and Facebook Advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data from various sources; ability to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills for crafting persuasive messaging across multiple channels.
  • Experience in budgeting for large-scale marketing initiatives within a construction or industrial environment is preferred.
