We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing plans, specifications, design considerations, reports, and permit applications for a wide range of civil engineering projects. This is a full-time position offering exciting opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to produce high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support design decisions and problem-solving efforts.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to create accurate and efficient engineering designs.
• Assist in the preparation of calculations, reports, and documentation related to project submittals.
• Interface with clients, review agencies, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve any issues that arise.
• Participate in site visits and construction meetings to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any onsite challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in civil engineering design

• Half Day Fridays
• Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 5:30PM and Fridays 8AM-12PM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT (Engineer in Training) preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
