1. Civil Designer (Footpaths & Pavements) – Senior Role/Team Lead

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and drafting of footpaths, ramps, lay-byes, kerbs, pavements , and access connections.
• Produce civil layouts, cross sections, and grading details .
• Ensure proper tie-in with existing facilities (mosques, malls, schools, etc.).
• Coordinate with survey and site teams for utilities and levels .
• Prepare reinstatement and as-built drawings.

Required Skills & Keywords for HR Screening:

• AutoCAD Civil 3D , AutoCAD 2D drafting (mandatory)
• Road and pavement detailing, kerb alignment , cross-sections
• Surface modeling, spot levels, slopes, drainage coordination
• Knowledge of SRTA/RTA standard details for walkways and ramps
• Ability to propose layouts under site constraints
• Strong communication and coordination with site engineers
