Civil Designer/Drafter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and models that support land development of residential projects and construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge CAD software and contribute to innovative design solutions across various disciplines.

Duties

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Civil 3D land development.
• Create schematics, system layouts, and construction documents aligned with project specifications and residential layouts.
• Prepare technical drawings for land development projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure all drawings meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Support the development of construction documents and system designs for various projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.64 - $41.71 per hour

Experience:

• Civil 3D: 3 years (Required)
