Civil Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman with a Diploma or Drafting Certificate, specializing in fit-out drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed civil drawings for fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil drawings for fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate and compliant plans.
• Review project specifications and ensure proper alignment with design requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and project reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Ensure all drawings meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Drafting Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in civil and fit-out drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Civil ID certification is preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred.
