Job Description:

Structure Advanced Building Contracting company in Dubai is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing accurate technical drawings for civil and structural works in the construction field, with a strong understanding of site requirements and construction practices in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans based on engineering specifications
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Modify and update existing drawings as per site instructions and project changes
• Ensure compliance with local construction standards and regulations
• Maintain drawing records and documentation in an organized manner
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material schedules when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman in the construction industry (preferably in the UAE or GCC)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools
• Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural drawing standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English
