Civil Engineer

This Position is responsible for execution of civil, Maintenance / Capex Jobs Related to Institution / school buildings, within targeted time and budget to meet the desired user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings and infrastructure; identify damage and safety issues.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance and repair work.
• Select materials and apply proper construction techniques (concrete repair, waterproofing, etc.).
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Maintain documentations of inspections and repairs.
• Handle urgent repair requirements and emergency protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 year's experience in maintenance and civil project executions.
• Good Knowledge of buildings codes, estimation, and constructions techniques.
• Strong Communications and technical skills

Diploma In Civil Engineering, B.E
