Civil Engineer

About the Role:

San Juan Engineering is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Engineer, specializing in Interior Fit-Out projects with a strong background in landscaping and swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience and the technical expertise to manage, coordinate, and execute high-end fit-out projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out, landscaping, and swimming pool projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and design layouts.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
• Prepare site reports, schedules, and progress updates for management.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues and improve workflow.
• Ensure that all civil works are completed as per project specifications and within deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out projects, with a focus on landscaping and swimming pools.
• Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience in a relevant role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
