Civil Engineer

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng). Chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent)

Experience: Proven background in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in infrastructure design software.

Strong practical experience in grading and earthworks for external works.

Design of wet utilities, including stormwater, sewerage, and domestic water networks.

Coordination of dry utility requirements in relation to civil works.

Project Experience:

Mandatory experience in delivering projects within the region.

Involvement across all development stages—from concept and detailed master planning through to detailed design and construction.

Strong understanding of authority approval processes.

Licensing: Local registration with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) is highly desirable.

Collaboration: Experience integrating infrastructure within building and development plot projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and specialists.

Leadership: Demonstrated technical expertise and managerial ability, with a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Team Development: Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects while mentoring junior engineers to help the team exceed client expectations.
