Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 7+ years of UAE experience, specializing in villa construction and civil/finishes works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities including concrete, blockwork, plastering, formwork, rebar, and finishing works.

Ensure all work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Allocate work to site teams and subcontractors; manage manpower and material resources to meet deadlines.

Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings, BOQs, and bar bending schedules.

Conduct site inspections, check levels, lines, and dimensions, and maintain accuracy throughout construction.

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials; maintain site safety according to HSE standards.

Lead and train site workers to improve productivity and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Resolve minor site issues and escalate technical or manpower concerns to management promptly.

Prepare and maintain daily reports, attendance, progress tracking, and documentation for Dubai Municipality inspections.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.

Manage the full construction cycle, from excavation to handover.

Oversee Dubai Municipality approvals and ensure compliance with Ground + First Floor classification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

7+ years UAE experience in villa construction

Dubai Municipality Approval (Ground + First Floor classification)

Experience managing full construction cycle: excavation to handover

Strong knowledge in quantity surveying, BOQ, and material take-offs

Capable of leading site teams, ensuring work quality and safety

Skilled in reviewing drawings, coordinating disciplines, and resolving site issues

(immediate joiners or up to 1-month notice acceptable).

Ability to read and interpret drawings, review designs, and coordinate multiple disciplines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with Dubai Municipality site inspections, approvals, and documentation.

Physically fit to supervise site activities and lead teams.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
