Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality G+1 certification and a valid UAE license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interior fit-out projects, including site supervision, coordination, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fit-out and civil works on-site
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals
• Prepare and submit technical drawings and documents for DM approvals
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project quality and timelines
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for fit-out works
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Dubai Municipality G+1 Certified with a valid UAE license
• Proven experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience in high-end commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects
• UAE Society of Engineers membership
