Core responsibilities

• Planning and design: Create plans and designs for projects, which can include site layouts, structural elements, and systems like drainage or sewage.
• Project management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Site analysis and surveying: Perform or oversee surveying to establish site locations and grades, and analyze soil and rock conditions.
• Compliance and regulation: Ensure all projects adhere to federal, state, and local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Construction oversight: Manage and supervise the actual construction or maintenance of projects, from the initial stages through to completion.
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, bid proposals, and project progress reports.

Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Location: Lahore

Salary: 40000 to 50000
