Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with valid DM Certified Engineer / DM ID Holder, and a UAE driving license. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules, regulations, and approvals procedures, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil works at project sites including excavation, concrete, block work, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality rules, regulations, codes, and approval requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Review drawings, specifications, and prepare BOQs.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals for approvals.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Handle DM submissions, approvals, and inspection requests when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues on site and provide engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality ID holder / DM Certified Engineer.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules, regulations, codes, and permit systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, any other software.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
