Responsibilities

• Planning and execution construction work strictly adhering to deadlines for the complete work
• Supervising and directing site personnel for complete MEP work.
• Ensuring project specifications & deadlines are met.
• Coordinating with other engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Conducting quality control checks and inspecting completed work
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Resolving technical problems and providing solutions
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. ESTIMATION & COSTING, RATE ANALYSIS.
• Manage complete Site work (Brick work, Plaster, RCC, PCC, making BBS (bar bending schedule), demolish work, Drainage work and PQC road Maintenance work)
• Prepare Check list of every work and submit in office
• Prepare DWR and DPR in AutoCAD\Analyzing technical drawings and providing cost estimates
• Must Know how to handle all site Team, how to prepare contractor bills, R.A bills etc.
• Must Know Estimation of Brick work, Plaster, RCC, PCC
• BOQ Measurement
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, Accounts and the rest of the team.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 - 4 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• Experience with AutoCAD, STAD
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.
