Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute colony layout plans and city township development designs as per municipal and planning authority norms.
  • Conduct site surveys, leveling, contouring, and feasibility assessments for new project sites.
  • Coordinate with architects and urban planners for integrated development plans aligning with structural and aesthetic standards.
  • Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and infrastructure works.
  • Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Work closely with the architectural team for finishing stages including internal and external finishes, landscape, and facade detailing.
  • Prepare BOQ, monitor material consumption, and ensure quality compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities for site development and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, site inspection records, and technical checklists.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards at all stages of site execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in township planning, site development, and civil construction.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and survey instruments like Total Station.
  • Strong coordination and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of structural drawings and architectural plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
