Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute colony layout plans and city township development designs as per municipal and planning authority norms.
- Conduct site surveys, leveling, contouring, and feasibility assessments for new project sites.
- Coordinate with architects and urban planners for integrated development plans aligning with structural and aesthetic standards.
- Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Work closely with the architectural team for finishing stages including internal and external finishes, landscape, and facade detailing.
- Prepare BOQ, monitor material consumption, and ensure quality compliance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities for site development and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, site inspection records, and technical checklists.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards at all stages of site execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in township planning, site development, and civil construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and survey instruments like Total Station.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of structural drawings and architectural plans.
