Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold valid UAE certifications and have at least 2 years of GCC experience in civil construction, preferably within industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will oversee and execute civil engineering works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil engineering works at site.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of civil works as per schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors for daily operations.
• Conduct inspections for formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, masonry, and finishing activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and material consumption records.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and site-related documentation.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in drawings or on-site conditions.
• Support the handover process by ensuring proper documentation and completion of civil works.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Valid UAE certification or eligibility for Engineer registration.
• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in civil construction (industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of site execution, civil construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Experience in handling subcontractors, site coordination, and project documentation.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, structural elements, and construction procedures.
• Good understanding of HSE standards and quality control requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic engineering software.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of working in site/industrial environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
