Civil Engineer – BOQ Preparation Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with strong experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity estimation, cost analysis, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs based on drawings and project specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs and material estimations
• Analyze project costs and prepare tender documents
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
• Review drawings and ensure cost-effective planning
• Track project variations and cost changes

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in BOQ preparation and estimation
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of tendering and contract procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
