Civil Engineer – Building Maintenance

We are a leading real estate and property management company responsible for maintaining more than 50 residential and commercial buildings. Our focus is on the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of existing properties — no new construction projects are involved.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our facilities management team. The role involves supervising maintenance and renovation work, performing inspections, and ensuring all properties meet safety and structural standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of existing buildings and structures.
• Plan and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation activities.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety codes.
• Recommend and implement improvement or preventive maintenance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, waterproofing, and concrete repair.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred

• Experience with residential and commercial property portfolios.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance or asset management systems.
