Civil Engineer (G+1 / G+4) - Job Vacancy in Dubai

​We are a reputable contracting company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeking an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer to join our team. This role has STRICT MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS related to Dubai Municipality approval and local work experience.

​Mandatory Requirements:

• ​Valid Dubai Municipality Approval as a Civil Engineer (G+1 or G+4) – MANDATORY.
• ​Must have graduated at least 5 years ago (minimum 5 years post-graduate experience) – MANDATORY.
• ​Proven experience working with a Consultant in Dubai is essential – MANDATORY.
• ​Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university..

​Core Responsibilities:

• ​Supervise and manage the execution of construction projects (G+1 or G+4) according to approved plans and specifications.
• ​Coordinate daily with the approved consultant in Dubai to ensure quality and compliance.
• ​Review technical drawings and prepare detailed progress and technical reports.
• ​Oversee contractors and suppliers on-site, enforcing strict safety and quality standards.
• ​Handle communications, submissions, and approvals with the Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.

​Skills and Qualifications:

• ​Proficiency in engineering software, including AutoCAD and MS Project.
• ​A UAE Driving License is an advantage.
