We are currently looking for a talented Civil Engineer with a focus on infrastructure to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure projects to contribute to our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other civil engineering works.

· Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and limitations.

· Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project alignment with objectives and compliance with relevant regulations.

· Monitor project progress and manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

· Assist in the preparation of bid documents and proposals for upcoming projects.

· Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide support during the construction phase, addressing any design discrepancies or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

· 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects.

· Proficient in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). Knowledge of GIS software is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

· Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to infrastructure projects.
