Civil Engineer (Scaffolding)

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong scaffolding inspection and design experience to join our Third-Party Inspection Division. The ideal candidate will ensure all scaffolding systems at client sites meet international standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform third-party inspections of scaffolding structures (fixed, mobile, suspended, and system types) as per BS EN 12811, BS EN 1298, and UAE regulations.
• Review and verify scaffolding design drawings, load calculations, and method statements.
• Conduct site audits and inspections during erection, modification, and dismantling stages.
• Prepare and issue inspection reports, compliance certificates, and non-conformance reports where applicable.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and safety departments to ensure scaffold integrity and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum 2 years experience in scaffolding design or inspection.
• Previous experience with a Third-Party Inspection Agency is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 12811, BS EN 13374, and OSHA scaffolding standards.
• CISRS / Advanced Scaffold Inspector certification preferred.
