Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer holding a valid Sharjah Municipality G+1 License to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and supervising structural and architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed structural and architectural drawings as per project requirements.
• Submit and follow up on drawings and approvals with Sharjah Municipality and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and site teams to ensure design intent is implemented correctly.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation as required.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to provide technical guidance.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Provide technical support to the project team throughout design and construction phases.
• Ensure all necessary documents and drawings are updated and maintained properly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (from an accredited institution).
• Valid Sharjah Municipality G+1 Engineer License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in structural or civil design, preferably with consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures and municipality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, and related design software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
