URGENTLY NEED for an Experienced Civil Engineer !!!

MUST have valid DUBAI MUNICIPALITY CARD G+4 (Design Consultancy, Engineering Services)

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who has a 7years min. of Experience in Site and Design as a full-time, who can join our growing team IMMEDIATELY! You will be responsible for conducting calculations, performing analysis, managing and overseeing civil engineering projects, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

The role requires working closely with other engineers and architects to develop effective designs and ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Having Dubai Municipality Card G+4 under Site and Design activity is a MUST!
• Strong background and experience in Calculations, Structural Analysis, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering
• Experience in making site reports upon site visits and making sure construction is as per the standards and rules and design
• Proficient in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience working with local and/or international design standards
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools like AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, and Revit is a plus
• Experience in floating tenders, analyzing and preparing agreements for tendering

License/Certification:

• Dubai Municipality G+4 Card (Site or Design activities) (Required)
