Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Civil Engineer with at least 7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy. The candidate must hold a valid UPDA/MMUP license in Qatar and demonstrate strong technical expertise, site supervision skills, and a thorough understanding of local codes, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure project work complies with Qatari regulations, engineering standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Manage site execution, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients regarding design changes or project issues.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and QHSE policies.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Valid UPDA/MMUP License (Grade C, B, or A) in Qatar (must).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil/structural works (buildings, infrastructure, roads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and local authority procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
