Overview

We are hiring for a motivated Civil Engineer with hands-on site engineering experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be able to supervise day to day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure work quality, and follow project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily progress reports and documentation.
• Monitor material requirements and site inventory.
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed on site.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to the project manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years UAE experience working as a Site Engineer.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience in villa, residential, or commercial projects (preferred).
• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.
• Visa and medical insurance provided

Experience:
