Civil Estimation Engineer

Experience- 3-5 years UAE experience

Scope:

• Cost Estimation & binding.
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and rate analysis for civil works
• Review bid documents and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare cost comparison reports and estimation summaries.
• Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and historical data.
• Familiar with plan swift software.
