CIVIL FOREMAN

We are hiring a Civil Foreman with proven experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, site supervision and team coordination and must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and safety standards.
• Manage site labor, materials and equipment effectively.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
• Liaise with subcontractors, engineers and site teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction procedures and methods.
• Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
