Civil Foreman

• Supervision: Lead and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers in daily tasks like excavation, concrete work, masonry, and finishing.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure the crew uses proper safety equipment and follows procedures.
• Quality Control: Inspect all work to ensure it meets or exceeds project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Project Management: Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet daily and project targets. This includes planning work schedules, allocating resources, and minimizing waste.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the construction crew, project managers, and clients. Provide regular progress reports and address any concerns.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or obstacles that may arise to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Maintain records of daily activities, progress, and resource usage.
