Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Civil Foreman specialized in gypsum work, finishing, and interior fit-out. The candidate must be capable of supervising site teams and ensuring high-quality execution of all civil and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage gypsum workers, carpenters, painters, civil helpers, and other site staff.
• Oversee gypsum partitions, ceilings, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Ensure daily site activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to achieve timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor material usage and manpower productivity.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out (gypsum & finishing specialist).
• Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, ceilings, finishing details, and site execution.
• Ability to lead workers and manage day-to-day site operations independently.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
